INSCRIPTION / ENGRAVING:

What are other people putting on their bricks?

Please visit www.imaginemyvolbrick.com for examples of personal messages created by other fans and see your own unique message on our interactive brick creator.

Can I put a personal image or graphic on my brick?

No; additional logos or graphics are not permitted.

Can I use a heart (or other special character) symbol?

No; special letters, fonts or symbols not found on a standard keyboard are not permitted.

Do you allow any lower case letters?

ONLY for name emphasis…for example, when the 2nd letter is lower case followed by upper case such as McDOUGAL, DeLONG, etc.

How big are the letters on the brick?

The letter height is a half of an inch.

Do the messages automatically get centered on the brick?

Yes

How many letters fit on a line?

15 spaces per line for the 4"x8" and the 8"x8" options or 20 spaces per line for the 12"x12" option. A space consists of a letter, number, symbol, blank space, or punctuation.

How many lines fit on a 4"x 8"?

You may have from 1-3 lines of text.

How many lines fit on an 8"x 8"?

You may have from 1-6 lines of text on the 8"x8" brick
You may have from 1-4 lines of text on the 8"x8" Power-T brick

How many lines fit on an 12"x 12"?

You may have from 1-8 lines of text on the Power-T granite

Can I change my inscription if I change my mind? Is there a fee?

Yes; you will receive a letter confirming your personal message with in 2-4 weeks of your order being processed. You will then have 10 days from the date of the letter to make changes. A $10 change fee may apply depending on changes.

What is the last date I can order?

Bricks are available in limited quantities and will sell out quickly, so reserve your spot in Neyland Stadium history today!

When does my credit card get charged?

Your card will be charged within two business days following the date your order is placed.

Have you received my order?

If you have not received an order/payment confirmation within 2 business days, please inquire about the status of your order by calling 1-855-VOLBRIX (865-2749) or send an email to volbrix@fundraisersltd.net.

When can I expect confirmation of my order?

You will receive an order/payment receipt via email within 2 business days following the date your order was placed. We recommend you watch closely for it in the event it is in your spam or junk mail.

Is there a discount for Special Groups?

No; due to limited quantities additional discounts will not be offered.

Can I purchase a gift certificate for a friend?

Yes; gift certificates are available by calling 1-855-VOLBRIX (865-2749) or by ordering online at www.volbrix.com

Is my purchase tax deductible?

No, purchases are not tax deductible, however you will receive 1 priority point towards your existing or New Tennessee Fund account for every $100 spent.

Is there sales tax?

Yes; Tennessee state sales tax of 9.25% applies to all purchases.

Can I pay by check?

Yes; please make check payable to "Neyland Stadium Brick Campaign"

Where will the proceeds from the bricks go?

To support the ongoing renovations to Neyland Stadium.

How many bricks are available?

Quantities are limited and will sell out quickly.

Can I choose where my brick is placed?

No; brick placement will be determined by the University of Tennessee.

How will I know where my brick is?

After the bricks have been installed, a locator map will be available to assist you in locating your brick at Neyland Stadium.

When and where are the bricks going to be placed?

The bricks will be installed prior to the 2012 football season and will be placed just outside of Neyland Stadium in the Gate 21 plaza area.

How long will the brick be at the facility?

As long as Neyland Stadium exists.

REPLICAS / DISPLAY CASES:

What is the replica made of?

The replica is made of the same material as the brick to be installed at Neyland Stadium. Colors may vary slightly.

Can a Replica be shipped to a different address?

Yes, with the exception of P.O. & A.P.O. Box addresses.

How long does it take to get my replica?

Replicas are expected to be engraved and shipped within 8-12 weeks from the date the order was processed, subject to readily available material.

Can I pay to have my replica expedited?

This is subject to material availability. Please email volbrix@fundraisersltd.net or call 1-855-VOLBRIX (865-2749) for inventory and pricing.

Where is my replica brick?

If you have placed an order more than 12 weeks ago and have not received a shipment tracking notification, please email volbrix@fundraisersltd.net or call 1-855-VOLBRIX (865-2749).

Can I order additional Replica Display Cases after I have placed my order?
