INSCRIPTION / ENGRAVING

What will my brick look like?

Click here to preview your inscription on a virtual brick. Simply select the size you want and type your desired inscription in the boxes provided to instantly see how your brick will look when engraved. In addtion, examples of other inscriptions can be viewed to nudge your creativity.

Can I put a personal image, graphic or symbol on my brick? 

No, only numbers, letters and/or punctuation marks found on a standard keyboard are permitted. Inscriptions that contain websites, phone numbers, commercialization or advertisements, discriminatory, political, or inappropriate language, or references to other teams as determined by the Houston Astros will require revision. The Houston Astros reserve the right to approve all inscriptions prior to production.

Can I have lower case letters on my brick? 

Yes, if requested for last name emphasis only (i.e., McDONALD, DeLONGH, etc.). Inscriptions are defaulted to be engraved in all UPPER CASE letters for uniformity and overall aesthetics so you must call 1-833-551-5703 to request the change with a customer service representative.

Does my message automatically get centered on my brick? 

Yes, messages for all brick sizes will be centered. 

How many characters fit on each line of a brick? 

Each line of text can be engraved with up to sixteen (16) characters per line. Blank spaces and punctuation marks count as a character.

What logo options are available?

8" x 8" bricks are available with the option of an Astros logo.

How many lines of text can I have on a brick? 

4” x 8” bricks can be engraved with one to three (1-3) lines of text.

8” x 8” bricks can be engraved with one to six (1-6) lines of text.

8” x 8” bricks with the Astros logo can be engraved with one to four (1-4) lines of text. 

Can I change my inscription if I change my mind?  Is there a fee? 

There is no fee for any corrections made WITHIN the 24-hour proof time indicated on your email order confirmation. If this proof time has lapsed, a replacement brick must be purchased at full-price. A new brick may be purchased online at astros.com or by phone at 1-833-551-5703.

Why can’t I place an International Order online? 

Complimentary replicas include free shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States, however outside of the contiguous states, additional freight and information must be collected. Individuals living outside the US may call 1-833-551-5703 Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm Central Time and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you. 

What is the last date I can order? 

Sales will be first come, first served and space is limited so act now and secure your place in this celebratory ballpark feature!

When does my credit card get charged? 

Online orders and phone orders are charged immediately, whereas mailed in orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. 

When can I expect confirmation of my order? 

An automatic payment receipt is generated for online orders and phone orders the same day.

Direct Mail orders usually take 5-7 business days to process once received. An email order confirmation will follow if an email address was provided on the order form.

Is there a discount for special groups? 

Current Astros Season Ticket Holders are eligible for a discount. Please contact your Season Ticket Account Manager for more details.

Can I purchase a gift certificate for myself or a friend? 

Yes, any brick package can be converted into a gift certificate which does not require you to enter an inscription prior to check-out. They are the perfect gift! It’s also a great way to secure your own spot while allowing additional time to personalize your own brick.

How many bricks are available? 

A limited number of engraved bricks are available for installation and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Can I choose where my brick is placed? 

All bricks will be installed at the discretion of the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park.

How will I know where my brick is? 

Once the bricks have been installed, a locator map will be provided to help you find your personalized brick.

When will the bricks be installed? 

Legacy Bricks are expected to be installed prior to the 2020 Season.

Where will the bricks be installed? 

Legacy Bricks will be featured in Hall of Fame Alley inside Minute Maid Park.

What if I already have an engraved brick at Minute Maid Park?

Thank you for your continued support and patronage! The Legacy Brick Program will be a new installation and we invite you to craft a personalized message in a celebratory new space inside Minute Maid Park. Should you have questions regarding a brick that was previously installed at the ballpark, please send an email to bricks@astros.com.

REPLICAS / DISPLAY CASES:

What is the replica made of? 

4x8 and 8x8 brick replicas are made of the same material and engraved identical to your installed legacy brick. They also include a commemorative plaque affixed to the top! Colors may vary slightly.

Can a replica be shipped to a different address? 

Yes, with the exception of P.O. boxes or APO’s. 

How long does it take to get my replica? 

Replica bricks are expected to be engraved and shipped within 10-12 weeks from the time your order is placed and your inscription is approved by the Houston Astros.

Can I pay to have my replica expedited? 

Yes; please call 1-833-551-5703 to speak with a customer service representative and to get a shipping quote. 

Where is my keepsake replica brick? 

If you placed your order more than 12 weeks ago, and have not received an email shipment tracking notification, please call 1-833-551-5703 or send an email to legacybricks@astros.com.

Can I order additional replicas and/or display cases after I have placed my order? 

Yes, please call 1-833-551-5703 to place your order over the phone with a customer service representative. Post-purchase replicas and display cases cannot be purchased online as they are tied to the original brick purchase.
