INSCRIPTION / ENGRAVING QUESTIONS:

No, only numbers, letters and/or punctuation marks found on a standard keyboard are permitted. Websites, phone numbers, hashtags and/or commercialization are also not acceptable. As these messages are for public display, the Kansas City Royals reserve the right to approve all inscriptions prior to production. Should any message be deemed unsuitable, you will be contacted and allowed to submit an alternate inscription.
Yes, if specifically requested for last name emphasis only (i.e., McDONALD, DeLONGH, etc.), otherwise all inscriptions will be engraved in UPPER CASE font for uniformity and overall aesthetics.
Yes, messages for all brick sizes will be centered.
4x8 and 8x8 bricks can be engraved with up to fifteen (15) characters per line of text.
12x12 bricks can be engraved with twenty (20) characters per line of text.
A character consists of letters, numbers, blank spaces and punctuation marks visible on a standard English keyboard. (special symbols and fonts not immediately visible are not permitted)
4x8 bricks can be engraved with one to three (1-3) lines of text.
8x8 bricks can be engraved with one to six (1-6) lines of text.
8x8 logo bricks can be engraved with one to four (1-4) lines of text plus the Crown and KC logo
12x12 logo bricks can be engraved with one to four (1-4) lines of text plus the Championship logo
Yes, inscriptions can be changed. There is a $10 reprocessing fee that applies if your inscription is completely altered from the original one requiring resubmission for approval. Additional fees may apply based on when the changes are made and where the brick is at in production. If your brick is already in production, redo fees on top of the inscription change fee will apply. Always review your email order confirmation and/or inscription verification letter within the timeframe indicated.
ORDER / PAYMENT QUESTIONS:
Bricks are available in limited quantities and will be sold on a first come, first served basis for each section of the Legacy Courts Championship Zone.
Your card will be charged within two (2) business days following the date your order is placed.
If you ordered online or over the phone you will receive an automatic payment receipt which will be followed up by an email order confirmation within two to five (2-5) business days of your order being processed.
If you mailed or faxed your order in, this usually takes five to seven (5-7) business days to process once it is received. An email order confirmation will follow if an email address was provided on the form submitted.

Yes, gift certificates can be issued for any brick option selected allowing the recipient the opportunity to personalize their own brick, making them the perfect gift for any Royals fan. If youre not sure of what to put on your own brick, they are a great way to secure a spot now in the Legacy Court Championship Zone while giving you additional time to come up with your ideal inscription due by the gift certificate expiration date.

Yes, a portion of your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law through Royals Charities, a 501(c)3 organization. This will be indicated on your order confirmation however we recommend to always consult with a tax professional.
